We output what we call your "embed code" which you customize to fit seamlessly into your site, and can either use the CSS of your site, or customize colors, and styles for each template individually. You copy and paste this code wherever you want in your site for that template to show up. You can choose to make these have a fixed width and height, so that it can never break your site in any way. Because you've already setup and input these embed codes, whenever link trades have been accepted, your link will be output to the template you chose (and they accepted) on your trade partner's site, and their link will show up in the template they chose (which you accepted) on your site. If both users are online, this can all be done in 30 seconds or less.
